Do you offer custom quotes outside these packages?
Yes. These packages cover 80% of projects. If your scope doesn't fit, book a free 15-minute call and we'll put together a custom proposal within 24 hours.
Why are INR and USD prices different ratios?
They're not direct currency conversions. USD pricing reflects international support expectations, time zone coverage, and contract complexity. Both are fair for their respective markets.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown is what you pay. Third-party costs like hosting, domain, or paid ad spend are separate and always disclosed upfront before any commitment.
Does hosting cost extra?
Hosting is not included in development packages. We'll recommend and set up the right hosting for your project, typically ₹500–5,000/month depending on traffic needs.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Starter or Business and upgrade as their business grows. We'll apply a credit from your initial package to the upgrade.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects (₹2L+ / $3,999+) we offer milestone-based billing across 3 payments.
How long does a project take to start?
We typically start within 5–7 business days of a signed agreement. Book a discovery call to reserve your slot. We take on limited projects to maintain quality.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, NDAs are available on request for all packages. Enterprise packages include NDA as standard. We take confidentiality seriously.
What happens after delivery?
Every package includes a post-delivery support window (see each plan). After that, you can move to a Maintenance retainer or reach out for ad-hoc support as needed.
